Are you bored with your aerobics classes?
Looking for a high energy workout that will increase your strength and flexibility while burning fat?

Then cardio-kickboxing may be for you, if you are reasonably fit. It is a high-impact cardiovascular workout that blends elements of boxing, martial arts and traditional aerobics into a 30-to 60-minute exercise routine.  Typical routines use repetitive punches, kicks, core and strength moves. Come check it out; you wont leave without breaking a sweat!
