Boot Camp

Bored with working out and tired of being in a gym? This is for you!
Indoor / outdoor classes twice a week based on an Interval training workout consisting of cardio, strength training, plyometrics and static holds designed to get you in the best shape of your life!  This class meets at Great Meadow.
 

Challenging but modifiable for all levels.

**Class Begins Monday September 13th**

While starting at the beginning is a good idea, students are welcom to join at any time while boot camp is in session.
